Completion Certificates

Online Course: All participants are eligible to receive a General Completion Certificate upon completion of the online course. The certificate will be e-mailed once it is determined by program staff that the participant has completed each lesson and the post-lesson quizzes.

If a participant is requesting CEU credit, a completion certification will be e-mailed after the participant:

  • completes the each lesson and post-lesson quizzes
  • submits the post-test
  • submits a Course Evaluation
  • pays the $20 administration fee

In Person Training: A General Completion Certificate can be issued via email as long as the participant has signed in for the training.

If a participant is requesting CEU credit, a completion certification will be e-mailed after the participant:

  • signs in for the training
  • completes the Course Evaluation
  • pays the $20 administration fee

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Niroga Institute does not offer refunds on completed online or in person trainings.

Niroga will review refund requests prior to the date of an in person training on a case-by-case basis. A request for a refund prior to the date of the training or in the case of non-attendance, must be submitted by email to [email protected] at least 7 business days prior to the date of the training.

The amount of refund or credit, if any, will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is to be issued, please allow 15-30 business days for receipt.

Request for Accommodations

Niroga will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove barriers to access, including physical barriers, procedural barriers, and communication barriers and take affirmative steps to implement accommodations such that all services are equally available to people with disabilities.
