Dynamic Mindfulness Foundations

Bring your best self to the classroom to lead your students to better self-control, focus and emotional regulation.

This introductory training is for anyone interested in learning about Social and Emotional Learning practices that enhance self-control, learning readiness, and pro-social behavior. The Dynamic Mindfulness Foundations training will give you powerful stress management tools that lead to successful outcomes for both you and your students.

Dynamic Mindfulness Foundations focuses on your self-care as the first step in sharing these valuable Transformative Life Skills with students. You will learn why it is essential to heal before you teach.

In this course, you will gain the skills to incorporate a Dynamic Mindfulness practice into your life. This will provide you with the ability to better manage stress and enjoy greater well-being.

99% of educators trained report that Dynamic Mindfulness has enhanced their personal well-being and their professional practice.

Stress Management

Chronic stress impacts brain functioning and disrupts our ability to learn, focus and control emotions. Learn to manage stress with our research-backed program.

Self Care

Mindful movement and calming breathing practices cause relaxation by working directly through the brainstem to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Healing

With Dynamic Mindfulness, we develop a sense of safety in our bodies, learn ways to calm ourselves, regain control over reactions, and make better decisions.
